A – General
The For Shul website (hereafter: www.matanyah.co.il), which was developed and is operated by the For Shul company, is a site for synagogue furniture, torah-scrolls-and-accessories, Parochot, and other Judaic artifacts.
In any event, any use of the masculine gender in these rules, also refers to the feminine gender.
B – Ordering Products
We do our best to ensure that all products are in stock, but sometimes the products are not available and/or need to be custom made to fit the costumer’s need. In such cases, we will contact you and let you know. If a similar product with similar features and price exists, we might offer that product to you instead. If you decide to decline our offer, your order will be erased, and your credit card will not be billed.
C – How to Make an Order
Once an order has been made, we will notify you that your order has been received. Note: this merely indicates that you order was received in the system and does not obligate For Shul to supply the product.
Once your credit card company authorizes your purchase, your order will be processed and we will begin supplying your product.
In case of any error in the description of the product and/or the services, or any other discrepancies, For Shul is entitled to cancel your purchase, and you will not be billed.
In the event that the products are returned to us because you sent us wrong information, you will be billed for delivery and handling fees. Please make sure to send us the right information including current address and all other personal information.
If a complaint is received from customers about the service provided to them, For Shul will do their best to deal with the suppliers to solve the complaints for the costumers complete satisfaction.
D – Means of Payment
Products will be delivered only after the transaction is authorized by the credit card company.
For Shul customers can also use PayPal.
You can also use money transfer via US and/or Israeli bank.
If a customer wants to collect the product by himself he can also pay by check or in cash.
The terms of cancellation of the transaction / refund
A) Cancellation of a transaction shall take place within 14 days from receipt of the product, or the disclosure document, whichever is later.
B) Notice of cancellation shall be delivered by fax / email / mail.
C) When a transaction is canceled due to a defect or non-conformity due to the failure to supply the product at the specified time or any other breach of the contract, the consumer's money is settled within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, Consumer goods.
D) When cancellation of a transaction due to a defect or discrepancy, or due to failure to supply the product at the specified time or any other breach of the contract, no cancellation fee will be collected, the consumer's money will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation notice,
E) The product will be returned as far as possible or reasonably in its original packaging.
F) "Moderation" has the right to sue the consumer due to a decrease in the value of the product.
G) Restrictions on the right of cancellation: You can not cancel the purchase of products made specifically for a consumer. Have undergone conversion / repair / adjustment, sketch design, or any other expense related to the order.
H) Matanyah reserves the right to collect 10% of the cancellation of a transaction, after approval by a customer, even if no actual work was performed, to cover expenses (time, graphic, and ordering of raw materials).
E- Date of Supply
We are obligated to supply the product whiten 14* days from the day of the transaction. Supply dates are calculated according to business days, Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and days before holidays. We do our best to make deliveries before the obligatory supply dates.
