At Matanyah we have been manufacturing quality parochot for the past 20 years. Our magnificent parochot are renowned as the highest standard in synagogues worldwide. Each one is custom made to fit your special needs.

To get a quote / To Order
1) Send us an e-mail with the following :
   a. A dedication for The parochet
   b. The width and height of the parochet (including the rings above & tassels below)
   c. The velvet comes in: dark and light Blue, light and dark Bordeaux. Green, Brown.
       White and cream are an additional 25%. Other fabrics come in all sorts of colors.
   d. Whether to add a covering (kaporet) above the parochet.
   e. Each letter inscribed into the parochet costs $0.80
2) You will send us an order by e-mail: [email protected]
3) After order is received, we will send you a sketch by e-mail, and wait for your approval.
Manufacturing time:
18 days from the email approval of our sketch.

1) 7-10 days EMS delivery – $69
2) 3 day DHL delivery -$120
All of our parochot are designed to last for many years.
Nevertheless, because an error is always possible, we take full responsibility, and undertake to deal with any manufacturing defect (we pay the cost of returning the article) for up to 12 months.

The Parochet  is constructed of rich ornamentation with machine embroidered artistry often featuring verses from the Torah.

The parochet is typically made of velvet and embroidered with metallic thread, silk, and ornamental beads.  It may come in various colors – red, blue, green or gold. There is also one in white for the High Holy Days to symbolize the purity and holiness of the special time of year.
